I am an equestrian who has ridden and worked with horses for over 20 years. I started to work with Paul a couple months ago to deal with anxiety. After taking a break from competition, I had developed an anxiety about jumping my horse over fences. Despite traditional sports psychology techniques and supportive trainers, the anxiety expanded from jumping fences to riding on the flat. When I started working with Paul, I could barely ride because the anxiety had become paralyzing. After the first session, my trainer noticed and was amazed by my improved confidence. After a couple sessions, I felt like the “old me” who loved to ride. In my last jump lesson with my trainer, she told me it was nice to see me smile again. I was having that much fun! That, I think, really says how effective Paul’s techniques are.*
